Eligibility Criteria & Job Requirements

Candidates must fulfill the minimum qualifications and service conditions specified by BIS: Option A: Persons holding an analogous post on a regular basis. Option B: Candidates in Level-6 of the Pay Matrix with 3 years of regular service. Option A: Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Personnel/Finance specialization of two years' duration from a recognized university/AICTE-approved institution. Option B: Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management/Finance of two years' duration from a recognized university/AICTE-approved institution.

Age Limit & Other Conditions

Maximum Age: 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications. Departmental Candidates: BIS's own departmental candidates are not eligible to apply for deputation posts. Place of Posting: BIS reserves the right to modify the number of posts and place of posting, and may transfer candidates across any BIS office in India as per organizational requirement.
