To apply for CSPDCL Apprenticeship 2026-27, candidates must be a domicile of Chhattisgarh, hold a relevant degree or diploma from a recognised university/institution, and must not have prior work experience of one year or more, or be currently undergoing similar training elsewhere Graduate Apprentice (Engineering): B.E. / B.Tech degree in Electrical, EEE, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university. Graduate Apprentice (Non-Engineering): Bachelor's degree in B.Sc. / BBA / BCOM from a recognised university in the relevant stream. Diploma Apprentice (Engineering): Diploma in Electrical / EEE or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institution The applicant must be a permanent resident / domicile of Chhattisgarh state. Candidates with one year or more of work experience are not eligible. Candidates currently undergoing or who have previously completed apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act 1961 at any other establishment are not eligible. Graduate candidates must have completed their graduation not more than five years prior to the commencement of training (otherwise ineligible). Registration on the NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) portal is mandatory before applying

CSPDCL Apprentices Recruitment 2026 : How to Apply Online Step-by-Step

1CSPDCL apprenticeship applications must be submitted offline - either by post or in person - to the Executive Director (Training, Research & Development), CSPDCL, Kota Road, Gudhiyari, Raipur, C.G. – 492009, on or before 24 July 2026.
2Unlike many modern recruitments, CSPDCL Apprenticeship 2026-27 applications are accepted only in physical (offline) format. However, before applying, all candidates must complete their online registration on the NATS portal. Follow the step-by-step process below:
3Complete NATS Registration Online: Visit www.nats.education.gov.in and register as an apprentice to obtain your NATS registration number. This is the only online step.
4Download and Fill the Application Form: Obtain the prescribed application form (attached in the advertisement). Fill it completely and accurately. Incomplete or illegible applications will be rejected without notice.
5Attach All Required Documents: Attach self-attested photocopies of all required certificates - 10th, 12th, graduation/diploma marksheets, caste certificate (if applicable), domicile certificate, and your NATS registration form.
6Prepare the Envelope (Mandatory Format): Use a 36.5 × 25.5 cm sealed envelope. Write the following on the envelope: NATS Registration Number, category (GEN/OBC/SC/ST), year of pass-out, the post applied for, branch of graduation/diploma, and percentage achieved.
7Send or Submit the Application: Post or hand-deliver the sealed envelope to the address below on or before 24 July 2026, within office hours (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

CSPDCL Apprentices Recruitment 2026 : Important Instructions

Completing the CSPDCL apprenticeship does not guarantee permanent or temporary employment with CSPDCL. The training is purely for skill development under the Apprentices Act.

The apprenticeship training period is one year only. Completion of training does not entitle the apprentice to any regular or temporary employment with CSPDCL. Candidates with prior work experience of one year or more are ineligible. Graduates whose result was declared more than five years ago are not eligible. No hostel accommodation or transport allowance is provided. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered under any circumstances. All other terms and conditions are governed by the Apprentices Act 1961 (as amended in 1973, 1986, 2014, 2019, and 2025). CSPDCL reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process at any stage.
