Downloading your allotment letter is pretty straightforward. Just follow these steps:

• Visit the official counselling portal: admissions.nic.in/NCHM
• Click on the login section for candidates
• Enter your Roll Number and Password (the same credentials you used during registration)
• Once logged in, look for the "Seat Allotment Result" or "Download Allotment Letter" link on your dashboard
• Check your allotted institute, course, and seat status
• Download and print the provisional allotment letter for future reference

Seat Availability Overview for 2026

This year, NCHMCT is offering admissions to the BSc HHA programme across 80 institutes with a total of 12,627 seats:

• Central Government Colleges 23 colleges, 6,957 seats
• State Government Colleges 32 colleges, 3,246 seats
• Private Colleges 25 colleges, 2,424 seats

Admissions are strictly based on seat allotment and the choice preferences you submitted during counselling registration

What If You Don't Get a Seat in Round 1?

Don't panic if you're not allotted a seat this round. The vacancy list will be published on June 11, 2026, and Round 2 registration opens from June 12–14, 2026

Round 2 is your last chance the final seat allotment result comes out on June 16, 2026. After that, there won't be any more counselling rounds for this academic year.
