Valid NTET certificate / Teacher’s Code. For Associate Professor: PG Degree in concerned subject. 9 years combined experience (with minimum 3 years in Level-11 + NPA). Minimum 3 research publications. Valid NTET certificate / Teacher’s Code. Desirable for all: PhD in concerned discipline. For Medical Specialists (Direct/Deputation): PG Degree + 7 years experience (for most specialist posts).

Professor: Level-13 (Rs. 1,23,100 – 2,15,900) + NPA Associate Professor: Level-12 (Rs. 78,800 – 2,09,200) + NPA
