This In-House Selection is meant exclusively for serving NHM employees of the OSH & FW Society who wish to be posted in Kalahandi District against existing vacancies in their own post. There is no online application; candidates must apply through the Walk-in mode only.

The Walk-in for application submission and document verification is spread across three dates based on post category. Candidates must report only on the date assigned to their specific post and within the registration window, as no candidate will be entertained after the scheduled date and time.

A total of 63 vacancies have been notified across 17 posts under various NHM programme units including DEIC, NPCDCS, SNCU, RBSK, MHU, NRC and IPU. Some posts carry category-specific vacancies (SC/ST) as indicated in the table below.

This selection is open only to candidates already serving under National Health Mission in the OSH & FW Society, not to fresh or external applicants. Eligibility is determined based on current employment status, valid contract, and documentary proof of uninterrupted service.

Candidates must attach self-attested copies of all the documents listed below along with the duly filled application form. Incomplete applications or missing documents will lead to summary rejection. One recent passport-size colour photograph, duly pasted at the designated space on the form. Self-attested photocopy of Identity Proof (Voter ID Card / PAN Card / Driving License / Aadhar Card / Passport). Self-attested copies of all mark sheets and certificates in proof of the educational qualification claimed. Self-attested copy of HSC or equivalent mark sheet and certificate (proof of age). Self-attested copy of all educational certificates. NOC and Continuation Certificate from the concerned CDM & PHO. Last contract renewal order. Self-attested copy of Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority.

The In-House Selection application form requires personal, academic, and service-related details, along with a signed declaration. Candidates are advised to prepare the following information in advance to avoid delays at the Walk-in.

The posts notified under this In-House Selection are temporary and tied to the duration of the scheme, not regular government positions. Candidates should review the engagement conditions carefully before applying. Positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the scheme. All positions are contractual in nature for a period of 11 months , which may be extended based on performance assessment. Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified for the position. Selection will be made as per Order No. 3418, dated 13-03-2028, of the Mission Directorate, NHM, Odisha.

Unlike open recruitment, this In-House Selection does not involve a written examination. Selection is based on Walk-in document verification followed by an incumbency-based assessment of service length. Stage 1 – Walk-in Application & Document Verification Eligible employees must attend the Walk-in on the date assigned to their post category, at the Video Conference Hall, O/o CDM & PHO, Kalahandi, between 10:00 AM and 12:00 Noon, and submit the filled application form along with all supporting documents for verification. Stage 2 – Incumbency Assessment & Selection For calculation of incumbency, the length of last uninterrupted service of the employee in the same post under the society is taken into account, along with the previous posting station and present place of posting. Candidates with the highest incumbency are selected and posted against the available vacancies.

Candidates who are not currently employed under NHM in the OSH & FW Society – this selection is not open to fresh or external candidates. Candidates who do not possess a valid NOC cum Continuation Certificate from the competent authority. Candidates who do not hold a current, valid contract period or cannot produce the last contract renewal order. Candidates who have previously been disengaged from ZSS/OSH & FW Society service on administrative grounds such as disobedience, poor performance, misbehaviour, or criminal activities. Candidates who provide incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable information in the application form. Candidates who cannot attend the Walk-in on the scheduled date and time assigned to their post.
